RECITAL PROCEDURES

Participation in the recital is optional.  Please submit a recital form to participate. 

 

For the safety of the dancers and the audience, no video cameras, flash photography, or tripods will be allowed during the recitals.  You are welcome to bring cameras and video cameras (NO FLASH) to the Dress Rehearsal.

 

RECITAL COSTUMES

Please complete the participation form (available at the studio) and return it to the front desk with your family participation fee of $45 and first costume payment of $64.95 per student by September 30th. We will accept recital forms October 1st-November 1st with a $15 late fee. Each costume will cost $64.95.

 

Costume payments will be due as follows:

1st Costume & Recital Participation Fee – payments due with form

2nd Costume (if applicable) – payment due by November 1st

*The above payments must be made by November 1st in order for costumes to be ordered

3rd Costume (if applicable) – payment due by December 1st

4th Costume (if applicable) – payment due by January 1st

All Remaining Costumes – balance due by February 1st

*If all costumes are not paid IN FULL by February 15th, a late fee of $15 PER UNPAID COSTUME will be added.
